General Director's speech

ONDEFOC is an establishment in the professional training and education sector, recognized for the quality of service it provides to its various partners. Its main assets are in the quality of its services, the extent of its training offering and the density of the partnerships it has established with the various economic players.

Thanks to its multidisciplinary team, ONDEFOC intends to continue to promote a training policy based on excellence, openness and accessibility of its training to all workers, wherever they are.

Its training programs meet the requirements of the transformation and development of professions and skills. In addition, they are adapted to better support companies in their human resources development strategy.

The office is also a space for exchanges and meetings through the events that are regularly organized there (conferences, exhibitions, seminars, study days, etc.).

In a restrictive budgetary context, the challenge of the coming years will be to manage the establishment effectively and efficiently while ensuring that our partners who count on us maintain the quality of its services and training.

Through this site, I would like to warmly thank all the administrative teams, all the consulting teachers and professionals who continue to take to heart the success of the office’s projects.

This site will allow you to discover the office, its training and how it works. Please note that its teams are at your disposal for any information. So do not hesitate to contact them or go to the office premises located at Route N°1 MEDRAR Hacène-Rouiba.

Hoping to have you among us soon,
